Account Executive (San Francisco)

When you speak to a prospective customer, is your goal to sell or deliver value?

We love to see people progress. That’s why our Sales team takes a consultative approach—and puts the customer experience first.

We’re looking for a confident, charismatic Account Executive to close key dealsall from our new base in San Francisco. You’ll handle some of Typeform’s most lucrative opportunities, regularly communicating with prospects from the world’s biggest companies. Since the Sales team is growing, you’ll also own projects designed to improve our productivity.

The Role

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Understand prospects’ requirements and needs.
  • Manage loads of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Help people through their technical and business questions.
  • Seek new and innovative ways to improve our existing processes.
  • Always keep people’s best interests at heart.
  • Report directly to the Sales Team Manager (who’s based in Barcelona).


Here’s what we’re after:

  • You love understanding business projects and finding solutions to your prospects’ problems.
  • You’ve got several years of experience in Sales in a SaaS company.
  • You know the technical ins and outs of integrations and APIs.
  • You’re able to juggle multiple interactions over the course of a day.
  • You’re an excellent communicator.
  • You’re fluent in English (our working language) and confident presenting in English.
  • You’re legally eligible to work in the US.

Extra bonus points if you have the following:

  • You’re an experienced Salesforce CRM user or admin.
  • You’ve got experience creating forms or surveys (preferably typeforms 😉 )
  • You’ve developed custom integrations using APIs and webhooks.
  • You have a good network of potential Typeform customers.
