Marketing Specialist, Partnerships

At Typeform, our goal is simple: make data collection feel more like a friendly conversation. Our Brand & Product Marketing team apply the same philosophy to everything they do.

Now, we need a Marketing Specialist, Partnerships to help reach new audiences by building long-lasting relationships with our marketing partners.

Here’s Bozena, Head of Brand Marketing:

“We’re scaling our integration partnerships with companies like MailChimp and HubSpot to create a more connected product. Now, we need someone to come shape the future of partnership marketing at Typeform.”

Do you get to the movie theatre early to catch the ads and trailers? Are you all about creating meaningful relationships? Do you love it when a plan comes together?

We might just make the perfect partners.

The role

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Support our Business Development, Product Development and Product Marketing teams by working with our integrations partners to co-market new integration features.
  • Lead strategy, implementation, and reporting in our marketing-lead partnership initiatives, such as content collaborations.
  • Identify, monitor, and report on key metrics in line with company and team goals.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize co-marketing initiatives to ensure we achieve operational efficiency and meet our campaign goals.
  • Liaise with our partners on a regular basis to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing stakeholders, such as Content, Creative, Paid, Email, Social Media and SEO, to ensure maximum impact and alignment of all of our co-marketing initiatives.
  • You will report to the Head of Brand Marketing and work in the Brand & Product Marketing team. We’re a cross-functional team that has partnered with our Publishing team to work towards a common goal.

You

Here’s what we’re after:

  • You’re a master at these two things: project and stakeholder management.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role managing stakeholders and complex projects—you can juggle several projects at once and know how to get buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • You have a solid understanding of different marketing disciplines, e.g. content, social media, SEO, paid, email etc., how they impact each other and the user journey.
  • You have experience working in a SaaS environment and know what key metrics move the needle.
  • You have seen co-marketing executed so well that it can change the trajectory of a business.
  • You’re analytical, goal-oriented, and get a kick out of chart numbers going up. Unless that number’s churn or bounce rate, of course 😅
  • You love finding solutions to problems. You’re keen to suggest and implement new processes to improve efficiency and impact.
  • You’re fluent in English, and Google Analytics.
  • You’re proactive self-starter that can work autonomously.
  • You love working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • You're constantly learning: you're in tune with new trends in marketing and like to share what you’ve learned with the team.

We all love a good bonus round. These things aren’t essential, but they’ll help you hit the high score:

  • You’ve worked in a high-growth team focused on customer acquisition.
  • You’ve worked in an Agile environment.
  • You love co-marketing with the biggest SaaS brands in the world and you know the nuanced differences between all the Marketing and Sales SaaS software companies.
  • We’re foodies. So you’ll need to know how to make okonomiyaki.
