And we love adding great people to our staff. Right now our Finance team is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager.

The Role

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Reporting to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for supervising and projecting the operations and cash flow of the company.
• Work as a business partner to different departments by helping them to plan and track performance and evaluating ROI of new projects.
• Lead the annual budget and review process of the Typeform group.
• Monthly reporting of KPIs and performance of the business.
• Support different departments in monitoring operations.
• Set up metrics to evaluate the ROI of new projects.
• Evaluate the most efficient distribution of resources.
• Identify and monitor key controls on the processes of the company.
• Ensure data quality.
• Support external service providers and internal needs.

You

Here’s what we’re after:

• You’re empathetic and humble.  
• You have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, or something similar.
• You have 8 years’ experience in a FP&A or controlling department and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• You can juggle a lot of tasks at the same time. Juggle with fire. While running.
• You’re meticulous with detail, you devour problems for breakfast, you manage time like a true leader, you organize the heck out of things, and you’re a great communicator.
• You’re multilingual: English, and Excel.
• You have experience in an international environment
• You have strong experience in budgeting
• You’re obsessed with reporting and hitting deadlines
• You have good leadership skills—able to develop a team
• You’re a calm person and can handle pressure
• You have a can-do, proactive attitude
• You’re a smart, fast learner who’s tech-savvy and adaptable to change

And for some added bonus points:

• You have a Masters, MBA, or CPA in Finance.
• You have worked in a startup environment
• You have worked in a SaaS business
• You’re fluent in Spanish
