Customer Success Operations Specialist

Typeform’s Customer Success (CS) team supports people to build the best typeforms they possibly can. That helps them make progress, and means they stick around for longer.

All that work needs a mountain of metrics, efficient processes and tools, and innovation through experimentation.

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our CS team—to help empower and enable the CS teams.

Do you love digging into analysis to discover new insights? Is achieving operational excellence your #1 superpower? Do you love building and monitoring dashboards? Can you drive experiments and manage projects? Do you anticipate, empathize, and inspire?

The Role

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Manage projects and experiments across teams and departments.
  • Create and monitor dashboards of real-time metrics.
  • Track the impact of our projects and calculate ROI.
  • Map and improve data flows.
  • Create flexible, supportive, and adaptable processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uncover hidden issues, potential wins, and areas for improvement.

You

Here’s what we’re after:

  • You’re friendly and helpful.
  • You’re fluent in English.
  • You’ve worked in an operational role for a customer-focused team.
  • You’re analytical and metrics-driven with a working knowledge of SQL.
  • You have great Excel skills
  • You are extremely organized
  • You have the ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.
  • You take things from start to finish and measure your impact
  • You have experiencing collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
  • You’ve worked for a SaaS company
  • You have Project Management experience
