As an Office Coordinator at Typeform, you will be managing our office space and administrative tasks for the Home team, helping all Typeformers with office related matters and ensuring our office remains a nice and engaging environment. As part of our amazing Home team we expect you to share our values and company culture while you act as an ambassador for them.

The Role

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Answer employees’ questions and solve requests through our ticketing system.
  • Manage providers & contractors (caterers, bookstore, etc.)
  • Do office walkarounds (or runarounds if you prefer 👟) and be our office guardian.
  • Provide administrative support, be the go-to-person for any office-related questions, and stay on top of agreed actions.
  • Improve, update and create new processes to bring our team efficiency to the next level.
  • Update our ever-changing seating plan.
  • Gather and request office invoices, liaising with our financial department and manage card reconciliations and manage a part of our office budget
  • Arrange and manage training and health check reservations
  • Assist with travel arrangements for business trips 
  • Provide business support as needed 
  • Make the newbie onboarding process a great one.
  • Keep our wiki updated and stylish:)


Here’s what we’re after:

  • You’re fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You have amazing communication skills and can communicate company-wide.
  • You’ve got amazing teamwork skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • You’ve got excellent organisation/admin skills.
  • You’re tech savvy and possess excellent computer skills: MS Office, Slack, Trello, Google Drive
  • You’re attention to detail is so good you noticed the mistake in this sentence.
  • You can multitask and you thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You’re empathetic and great with people.
  • You’re a clear and effective communicator.You’re enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Bonus points:

  • You’re familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience with facilities management 
  • Experience and familiarity with office Health and Safety
