About the Role
The Director of Demand Generation oversees all of the Top of the Funnel activities at Typeform. Together with your team, you will develop our Direct-to-Consumer growth strategy. You will continue expanding our existing initiatives around SEO, SEM, and content marketing and develop and grow new channels that allow us to reach potential customers at the time they are most likely to need our products. You will drive experiments with new channels such as display, paid and unpaid social, video, influencers, learning platforms for entrepreneurs, and marketers and offline channels such as podcasts, outdoor or direct mail.
You will partner with the Marketing Analytics team to develop a deep understanding of our customers. You will uncover the problems that different customer segments face, the context and triggers that drive them to search for a solution to those problems, and how they decide which solution is right to address them. You will leverage that knowledge to develop and optimize journeys that lead potential customers to discover and try our products.
You will develop an efficient experimentation framework that will enable your team to rapidly test new ideas for campaigns and channels and continue to optimize the existing efforts with the goal of accelerating our growth rate while maintaining a healthy CAC to LTV ratio.
You will leverage your understanding of buyer psychology and creative instincts to engage prospects with the product, educate them on the value Typeform can provide to their businesses, and motivate them to sign up and test our platform. Together with our creative team, you will develop new campaigns that highlight the amazing design and respondent experience of our product, and, where that is possible, you will make customers using Typeform products the heroes of the campaigns.
