About the Role
Lead, Marketing Operations develops and drives marketing operations strategies at Typeform. In this role, you will work with the marketing and customer engagement leadership to define the growth models for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of the marketing tech stack to enable efficient and effective execution of the key marketing and customer engagement initiatives at the core of those growth models.
In partnership with Data Operations and Marketing Insights, you will work to develop our tracking, data collection, and enrichment and attribution strategies. You will develop a quantitative picture of our customer journeys allowing marketing team to understand the relative performance of different marketing channels and campaigns across different customer segments and to identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
You will play a key role in the definition and enhancement of all marketing processes in order to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, as well as efficient lead qualification and scoring. You will conduct research to define the optimal marketing practices and strategies for work within the marketing team as well as cooperation with other teams, including Creative, Marketing Insights, Sales, and Business Development. You will also run agile marketing alignment and campaign planning meetings.
You will also act as a Chief of Staff to the marketing leadership team. You will coordinate recruitment and training for marketing teams. You will also work with Finance to provide visibility into the impact of different marketing initiatives and plan financial spend.
