About the Role 

Typeform is looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager with experience in B2B marketing to expand our Account Based Marketing initiatives in close coordination with our sales team. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing end-to-end ABM campaigns targeted at specific accounts and contacts.

This role requires hands-on experience in managing paid digital channels for lead generation, as well as the ability to build data driven campaigns that generate target account engagement, sales pipeline and revenue across target segments. 

On top of this, you will be working in close coordination with our lifecycle team to manage both our Outbound and Inbound programs. We expect the candidate to be strategic, have demonstrated project management experience and have a well-rounded digital background.

Responsibilities

  • Design & execute 1:few ABM initiatives that, in close partnership with sales, penetrate target accounts, align with the buyer’s journey, meet pipeline requirements, and achieve ROI goals
  • Identify new target segments, plan, execute and measure paid marketing campaigns.
  • Design along with Lifecycle Management outbound campaigns from prospect to SQL.
  • Partner with content marketing to create innovative, engaging and compelling account and persona interactions that are aligned to the buyer’s journey. 
  • Conceptualize inbound journeys that increase the number of MQLs and SQLs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, Partnerships and Sale to meet pipeline requirements
  • Work with the Data Operations team to implement tracking and measure the impact of marketing campaigns on individual lead and account level. 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in ABM, demand generation, or campaigns teams in a B2B marketing organization, including experience with ABM platforms such as Engagio, Terminus or Rollworks
  • Strong experience in Digital Marketing and Programmatic buying in B2B environments.
  • Technically savvy; exposure to modern marketing technology including cookie based advertising, intent data, web personalization, and web traffic analysis platforms (GA, Heap, etc) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools.
  • Experience with multi-touchpoint attribution models to determine the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 
  • Experience project managing development and execution of cross-channel campaigns. 
  • Strong writing skills and a good understanding of buyer psychology and choice-architecture design. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
  • A sense of humor and humbleness.
