About the Role 

VideoAsk is looking for a full-stack Marketing Manager with experience in Performance Marketing to help grow our latest product among its key segments. In this role, you will fully own all the marketing activities and not only expand our existing paid initiatives, but also launch new growth tactics, design and optimize landing pages as well as coordinating integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

You will be able to coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, design, analytics and product) to grow target segments, define the right messaging strategy and launch experiments.

As a key member of the team, you will be able to unpack learnings and insights from your efforts, as well as talking to customers in order to understand how our different initiatives impact growth.

To be successful, you will be highly motivated and willing to operate in a dynamic environment of a fast-growing start-up. You must be a strategic thinker and an exceptional relationship builder.

  • Identify target segments, plan, execute, measure and iterate paid marketing campaigns
  • Deliver compelling messaging for each stage of the buyer journey to create an engaging customer experience and drive customer acquisition 
  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance
  • Work with the Data Operations team to implement tracking and measure the impact of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze the results of your campaigns, uncover potential optimizations and improve user engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams accomplish objectives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Plan and measure experiments to unlock growth, either via Landing Page optimizations or any other product-related initiative


  • Strong analytical skills, ideally with a good command of SQL
  • Experience setting up tracking and using different attribution models to determine the effectiveness of marketing effort
  • Experience project managing development and execution of cross-channel campaigns including display, video and social ads, development of landing pages and re-targeting to nurture leads
  • Strong writing and communication skills and a good understanding of buyer psychology and choice-architecture design
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Paid Marketing (Paid Search, Display, Social, Video). Desirable some B2B and/or start-up experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • A sense of humor and humbleness
