About the Team

Based in our HQ in Barcelona, you will be reporting into the Chief People Officer, together with two other HRBPs. The overall People team is made up of 14 other talented people spread across the People Operations, People Experience and Talent Acquisition pillars.

About the Role

You will be developing and delivering innovative people initiatives, driving organisational effectiveness and providing guidance about scaling effective teams, demonstrating a true passion for the teams they support, while being driven by a desire to influence through data.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for facilitating how our culture and values are represented across the company - how they influence behaviours, how teams work together, and how managers can reinforce and role model them
  • Operating as the key HR contact for the leaders in your client groups, providing coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including performance development and capability, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and succession planning
  • Identifying learning opportunities and requirements for your teams, research and recommend solutions that support employee development & succession plans
  • Take the lead on key strategic people projects and work with the team to define, develop and deliver these projects in line with business objectives
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and assistance to other people team members to help them develop their people partnering capabilities

About You

Here's what we are after:

  • Proven track record of success as an HRBP or equivalent role within at least 1 successful software company that scaled fast over 3+ years.
  • Driving and Coaching -> you have proven previous, relevant experience:
    • operating as the key HR contact for the leaders in your client groups, providing coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including performance development and capability, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and succession planning.
    • Identifying learning opportunities and requirements for your teams, research and recommend solutions that support employee development & succession plans
    • Taking the lead on key strategic People projects and working with the team to define, develop and deliver these projects in line with business objectives
    • Providing coaching, mentoring and assistance to other people team members to help them develop their people partnering capabilities
  • Bachelor/Master in Employee Relations, Psychology or similar discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Customer driven:
    • You have a strong passion for and ability to understand the internal customer needs, anticipate them and deliver great solutions.
    • The idea of learning how to grow a company by solving internal customers’ problems excites you, and you are ready to roll up your sleeves to make that happen.
  • Culture and values enforcement: You have the ability to facilitate how culture and values are represented across the company on the day-to-day - how they influence behaviours, how teams work together, and how managers can reinforce and role model them.
  • Outcomes-driven with an extremely analytical & data-driven DNA. You have:
    • The ability to talk in numbers, and only use opinions when the search for data yields no results.
    • A clear knowledge of the ins and outs of your KPIs, always have the numbers at your fingertips and enjoy analyzing performance through data.
    • Strong ability at using MS Excel, Data visualization tools and data-informed tools.
  • Strong executor and well organized: You excel at taking a big idea and breaking it down into actionable projects, processes, and tasks to execute on. You have great prioritization and focusing skills with attention to detail.
  • Great communication skillsin English: You can clearly explain (verbally and, especially, asynchronously and in writing) the connections between larger business goals/mission and your scope goals to any type of stakeholder.
