About the Team

Typeform is growing quickly. We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to join the Talent team. The role´s function is to define new work processes and improve the existing ones in place which will allow the talent acquisition team to run more efficiently whilst ensuring best practices across other areas of Talent Acquisition i.e. interviewing ,sourcing etc.

The role's main purpose is to enhance the organization’s ability to hire quickly, reduce costs, and ensure resources are used effectively. This can involve something as simple as looking at new sourcing tools or ATS integrations, to partnering with marketing and creating a brand awareness campaign on any talent related topic. The Lead Recruiter will also have the ability to carry out a recruitment process E2E. You will have exemplary skills with sourcing top candidates, keeping them engaged through a structured interview and hiring process, and bringing them onboard while passionately marketing the Company to candidates as the “face” of Contrast to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.

About the Role 

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Research cutting-edge technologies and evaluating the recruiting stack
  • Building out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance
  • Informing senior leadership of recruiting successes and challenges and advising them on solutions and recruiting strategy accordingly
  • Reducing risk and protecting the company’s reputation and brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in its recruiting practices
  • Overall, optimizing the effectiveness of talent as an operation and driving consistency across the board

About you

Here’s what we’re after:

  • 7+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS 
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent hands-on skills with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Analytical skills and metric/results-driven (Understanding of recruitment baseline metrics : TTH ,TTF, COH,Ratios.)
  • Data analytical experience to derive insights from recruiting data
  • Experience reporting metrics on Tableau or other similar programs. 
  • Desire to educate and evangelise recruiting best practices throughout the company.
  • No job too big, no job too small” attitude — you will be accountable for all levels of hiring, from entry level to Director.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to prioritise Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Experience recruiting across Europe & US.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving goals using metrics & data
  • Startup or SaaS recruiting experience
