About the Team

Our Brand Studio team crafts Typeform’s brand, and helps position the company as the go-to option for building meaningful conversations at scale. We do this through beautiful design and unique user experiences.

Our team mission is to bring our brand to life. This happens through close collaboration with the whole company—from Product and Marketing to People Operations and Customer Success.

Typeform is entering a new stage and scaling quickly, and we’re looking for a  Creative Producer to help us evolve our brand as we grow.

About the Role

Are you a superb mix of creative heart  and organisational mind? Do you enjoy managing  the creative process and coordinating a passionate team with innovating ideas? Are you hands-on setting up resources?  Are you also a crystal-clear communicator, productivity geek, and love getting things done?

Typeform’s Brand Studio team is a good mix of diverse creatives, from design to film and media. Reporting to the Senior Creative Producer is responsible for the end to end management and delivery of the team’s most complex projects. Enabling and coordinating both internal and external collaborators to deliver their best content.

You will:

• Coordinate groups of cross-functional stakeholders into cohesive campaigns/projects that drive Typeform’s brand objectives.
• Coordinate the Brand Studio members of a swarm and help them deliver first-in-class design and creative media content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and creative team defining scopes, resources and timelines.
• Guide stakeholders through briefing and creative process and manage their expectations.
• Find and hire external resources to support team needs in terms of design and video production.
• Define and perfect processes for creative production ensuring a healthy creative process and high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure fluent communication between departments.
• Support Project Managers in finding and hiring talent.
• Support the Creative Director in specific projects.
• Elaborate and control budget related to team development, as well as production of creative and content campaigns.

About You

Here's what we are after:

You have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in project management and digital production bringing to life content marketing strategies and online ads for an in-house team.
• You have managed designers and have a good understanding of the design process and fundamentals.
• You can share experiences as being accountable for end to end large scale projects.
• Sharp communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• A can-do and proactive attitude is a must.
• Capabilities in different areas (creative but also project management etc.)
• Capacity to work autonomously and drive projects.
• A clear data-driven focus and analytical-based approach to doing things.
• A slight obsession with great design campaigns and new media content trends.
• A relationship-driven approach to project management with an ability to inspire, motivate, and keep stakeholders engaged.
• A natural ability to understand other stakeholders and make yourself understood.
• Tech-savviness and adaptability to change.
• A willingness to go the extra mile when worth it.

It would be great if:

• You’ve worked in SaaS or tech startup and you have a Design or Audiovisual background.
