About the Team

The People Experience team’s mission is to boost the engagement and retention of Typeformers by creating a seamless employee experience that positions Typeform as one of the top employers of choice within the global SaaS ecosystem.

Typeform is scaling fast and at the heart of it is our People team! In this role, you will be working together with the People Partner Lead and two other People Partners, to provide a best in class experience for our fast scaling, global Product and Technology teams. This means providing reliable and expert guidance where needed, anticipating the needs of our employees, and personalizing their experience in a way that adds value to their journey.

About the Role

People Partners enable leaders and teams to thrive by offering expertise in areas of coaching , facilitation, and other advisory practices aligned to Typeforms culture and global Business goals.

They work closely with managers and employees throughout the employment cycle and provide expert advice and coaching in areas of team effectiveness, engagement, manager enablement, career development, termination, performance management, mediation, and resolution of employee relations issues in a systematic approach. This is an individual contributor role and will report to the People Partner lead Product and Technology.

What you’ll be working on

Regional Expertise and Knowledge

  • Complex labor and compliance i.e. M&A -diligence and integration 
  • Performance management (coaching,PIP, terminations)
  • Investigation procedure (if non-standard) and Crisis Management
  • Site council and site leader support

On Demand Consultation

  • Employee relations (non-investigative), conflict management and mediation (peer to peer, within teams, or manager)
  • Coaching and Consulting
  • Performance Management
  • Support and guidance around established programs (calibration, focal, job leveling, etc.)

Proactive Consultation

  • Team dynamics (development, intervention, facilitation) and team effectiveness (reorganization, redeployments, retention)
  • Change Management
  • Leader onboarding and assimilation
  • Employee career development coaching and planning

Program Deployment and Adoption

  • Engaged in program deployment and drive adoption in country/geo across a division/business unit, country/geo or assigned team, such as salary reviews, performance management, benefits programs, culture and D&B programs and/or organizational changes. 

About You

Here's what we are after:

  • You have a proven track record of success as an HRBP serving an Engineering department in a fast scaling SaaS company 
  • You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Employee Relations, Psychology or in a similar discipline
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English 
  • You have a strong passion for and ability to understand your team's needs, anticipate them and deliver great solutions
  • The idea of learning how to grow a company by solving internal customers’ problems excites you, and you are ready to roll up your sleeves to make that happen
  • You have the ability to facilitate how culture and values are represented across the company on the day-to-day - how they influence behaviours, how teams work together, and how managers can reinforce and role model them
  • You excel at taking a big idea and breaking it down into actionable projects, processes, and tasks to execute on. You have great prioritization and focusing skills with attention to detail
  • You live by our values; always "starting from empathy" while acting as a "true owner". You will help us "win together" while "bringing joy to the journey" and you love to "make a difference" every day
