Optional Features Specific Terms

These Optional Features Specific Terms (the "Terms") are incorporated into the agreement under which Typeform has agreed to provide the Services to you (the “Agreement”). Please remember that the following features are completely optional and its non-application in any way degrades the Services you subscribed to under the Agreement.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the Agreement, the Terms at issue shall take precedence, followed by Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms have the meaning attributed to them in the Agreement.

For clarification purposes, we, us or Typeform shall be understood to the company part of the Typeform group contracting with you (as identified in the Agreement) and you, your, or Client refers to you (as you are identified in the Agreement to which you or your organization is a contractual party to).

The following terms apply only to the service(s) indicated below and as specified below:

• Custom Fonts (Beta)

• Spam Prevention (Beta)

• Auto Enrich (Beta)
