Ever had a great idea in the shower, but not had the people or skills to make it happen? Like an app that lets you rate bananas out of 10. A card game where each of your friends is a card. A shop that only sells Big Lebowski merch. Wait, that last one actually happened. RIP.
Agencies can help make sure that great ideas don’t get washed down the drain like shampoo. They come up with strategies, lend a hand with design, and build brands. And increasingly, they find Typeform is the perfect tool to help them help their clients.
We want to show our appreciation for agencies using Typeform. That’s why we’re launching our Agency Partner Program—to empower people to make cooler quizzes, suaver surveys, and fancier forms. To find out how it’s going, we asked our first few certified partner agencies.
Here’s how Typeform helps five very different agencies build better online experiences for their clients.
1. The all-rounder
Person: Molly Vernarecci, Founder
Agency: MJV Consulting is a one-woman show that makes digital experiences for brands. Located in trendy Portland, Molly is all about using creative ideas to find business solutions.
How did you first discover Typeform?
I was going through a total creative dry spell with my work. I was tired of seeing the same things over and over again but wasn’t finding much inspiration.
Then Typeform came out with their “Locked In” video. I loved how innovative and interactive it was. I shared it with at least five of my close friends. We all agreed that it took us back to reading those choose-your-own-adventure Goosebumps books when we were children.
What kind of typeforms do you make for clients?
Lead gen forms, registration forms, surveys, quizzes—we’re coming up with new creative ways to use Typeform every week.
Favorite typeform?
Hmmm… I love my contact form.
Why Typeform?
I enjoy the interface and user experience. Aesthetic is important for me. It plays a big role in the overall experience I have with a brand. So the more creative control I can have over the experience I create, the better.
What do your clients think?
They love the personalized user experiences that I create for them.
“Typeform lets me take overwhelming interactions with lots of questions and simplify them into fun, interactive brand experiences.”
How’s the Agency Partner Program so far?
I’ve been able to meet and work with some really awesome new clients.
2. The researcher
Person: Alex Levin, Founding Partner
Agency: L+R is a design studio that prides itself on innovation. Along with his team in Brooklyn and Barcelona, Alex designs digital experiences for exciting brands and companies of all sizes.
How did you first discover Typeform?
Filling out a registration form for an event in Brooklyn, maybe four years ago. I was surprised and impressed that there was a business making nice-looking forms as a service. The experience was smooth, natural, and unlike anything else out there at the time.
What do you use Typeform for?
We use it as our contact form for our website, and also for our new client onboarding questionnaire. And we use typeforms for lead generation on landing pages, for press and career inquiries, and for client feedback at the end of projects. We even use it for internal communication.
What kind of typeforms do you make for clients?
Research surveys and usability questionnaires. It’s a powerful tool since our team can customize the design to match any brand’s look and feel. On top of that, it’s fun and easy to use for the respondent.
What problem does Typeform solve for your clients?
Typeform is an insight generator. It gets the answers our clients need to make strategic decisions. And it offers a subtle blend of attitudinal and behavioral research that usually is only possible with face-to-face conversations. But those types of interactions don’t scale—Typeform does.
What do your clients think?
One legacy luxury brand we work with didn’t know what the new generation of architects, designers, and creatives thought about their brand.
“Within days of our first meeting at their HQ in Europe, we delivered a report to their leadership team of what 25 young architects, designers, and creatives felt about their brand. They were blown away.”
The construction of the Typeform was key. Its simplicity was why all the respondents completed it in such a short amount of time.
Advice for other agencies who want to offer Typeform services?
Start with making great forms for your business that people love. It’s a good sign when your employees start making them too. One employee even used it for her wedding RSVP recently!

It’s also quick and simple to implement. The ability for anyone at our agency and our clients to create a survey is critical. We can’t wait for devs to make small changes in our fast-moving world.
We’re also using webhooks to pull results in real-time and push these to our clients’ data lakes. It’s a fully automated process to collect and analyze data. Our clients love it.

As part of an employee wellness initiative in New Zealand, we’re building a platform for our client that allows employees to learn about wellness in the workplace in a new way.
Employees can unlock rewards after completing modules and a short three-question typeform. The data is automatically sent to our client, so they can see real-time employee progress and analyze their behavior.
