Analyze & chart your survey results

__What you need:__

1. A free Typeform account
2. A free WhyHive account

__Connecting Typeform to WhyHive__

1. Make a free WhyHive account by heading to whyhive.com and clicking ‘Try WhyHive’.
2. Continue through the signup process until you land on the Projects page.
3. Click ‘Connect data’
4. Select Typeform
5. Sign into your Typeform account. You should see a green alert pop up if the integration has been successful.

__Loading in data from a Typeform__

1. Once your Typeform account has been connected, click ‘Connect data’ again and select Typeform.
2. Select your workspace and the form that you want to analyze. Click ‘Import results’.
3. Your data will now be loaded into the app. Note that surveys with more than 1,000 responses may take longer to load.
4. Check that your data looks correct then click ‘Approve data’. If you don’t see any data come through at this step, contact our support team.

__Visualizing form responses__

1. To visualize your data, navigate to the ‘Charts’ tab at the top of the page.
2. Then select the columns you want to chart and click ‘Go’. You can visualize multiple columns on the same chart by clicking the plus (+) icon next to the column pill on a chart.

__Analyzing text__

1. To analyze your text responses, navigate back to the ‘Data’ tab.
2. Find a text column with the blue ‘Text’ pill on it, and click the sparkle icon for that column.
3. Use ‘Find themes’ to find key themes in your responses and ‘Run analysis’ to label those themes across all of your responses.
