Research Flow

Optional Features

The Research Flow feature (Beta) offers the ability to create dynamic, conversational, multi-modal interviews within a form. This feature has been designed to act as an expert in-house research agent, trained on the research goals informed by the Client and project context --understanding text, voice, and video responses from input provided as part of a form--  with minimal setup.

Each interaction (i.e. each answer provided by a respondent in a form) will be considered as a response submitted by your respondent, that will be shared with the AI tool for further analysis and to generate outputs (e.g. follow-up questions tailored to respondents’ past interactions and Client’s research goals). Research Flow (Beta) is limited to 10,000 responses per month. Keep in mind that responses to your form provided by respondents will be collected and stored as the form is answered by the respondent.

You shall not include questions requesting for panellists’ personal information. Without limiting the foregoing, Research Flow feature (Beta) is not intended to be used with health information or other sensitive information, including data belonging to minors or other protected collectives. You agree to not involve these categories of data or request respondents to submit any other personal information and accept and take responsibility for any associated risks and liabilities accordingly. 

In order to provide Research Flow feature (Beta) we will rely on Prolific Academic Ltd (“Prolific”). Prolific will not have access to the responses submitted by respondents to your form, but will tailor the audience of addressees of a form based on the parameters you chose when setting your form up. We will also use Parnassus Labs, Inc. (“Outset”) to analyze the responses using AI-powered tools.
