Introducing the Typeform Power-Up for Trello
Typeform reels in responses from surveys, forms, and quizzes. Trello organizes it all with lists and cards. Now smoothly connected with the flip of a switch.

Not a day goes by at Typeform without seeing a Trello board on a colleagueâs screen. Unsurprisingly, we also use a lot of typeforms. Put the two together, and the sparks start to fly.
Typeformâs smooth interface reels in the responses for your surveys, forms, and quizzes. Trelloâs clean layout organizes those responses onto a board with lists and cards.
You can already connect Typeform and Trello with Zapier, a great solution for snapping together thousands of tools. But wouldnât it be even better if you could just flip a switch in your typeform and have all your info appear directly on Trello?
The answer is a resounding âyes.â So weâre happy to announce the first Typeform Power-Up for Trello.
Have you followed up on all that feedback you collected? Need to segment your new leads by their interests? Want to group your wedding invitees by meal preferences? Whatever you want to do, it just got a whole lot easier.
What can I do with the Typeform-Trello Power-Up?
Short answer: a lot. Trelloâs perfect for making to-do lists and assigning owners to tasks. So if you want to follow up on your typeformâs submissions, allocate them to different team members, or just group them in any wayâit could be time to power up.
Here are some ways weâve seen people use it so far:
- Lead generation: use a typeform to generate leads, then use Trello as your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Feedback: collect product feedback with a typeform, then group the responses into lists on Trello for follow up
- Event planning : send out an online invitation, then arrange the responses into a seating plan on Trello
- Order forms : create an online shop with typeform, then track order status through Trello lists
How do I power up?
First thingâs first: you need a Trello and a Typeform account. You also need a typeform and a Trello board you want to link together.
In your Trello board, head to the menu section on the right, click âPower-Ups,â then search for Typeform. Activate the Power-Up, then authorize both Trello and Typeform.
Finally, choose the typeform youâd like to connect to your board, the list you want the cards to appear in, and a typeform question to use as the title on the cards.
