SAG-AFTRA signatory productions must follow union agreements that define minimum wages, working conditions, and residual structures. These terms supersede or supplement what a standard release covers. Consult the union agreement and your entertainment attorney.
No. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of a minor. Include a guardian section and note that releases signed by minors themselves are not enforceable.
You can't use the performance without a release. Casting contracts typically require release signing as a condition of participation. Address this in the booking agreement rather than on the day of the shoot.
