That said, enforceability depends on how clearly the participant acknowledged the terms, so presenting the waiver language clearly and confirming consent explicitly matters. Add a conditional question that asks for the participant's age or date of birth. If they're under 18, conditional logic can route them to a section requiring a parent or guardian's name, relationship, and separate agreement to the terms on the child's behalf.
