Senior Product Marketing Manager

Typeform is a team of over 200 people representing 30 countries. We have offices in Barcelona, Spain, and San Francisco, United States.

About the role

Our Product Marketing team is responsible for market research, product positioning, and go-to-market. We help shape the product roadmap, drive product awareness and adoption among existing and future customers. Our goal is to bring out the best of Typeform and help our users realize their full potential. We retain users and create delight by providing thought leadership and showcase how the Typeform stack can be used to create more meaningful interactions. 

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and improve how we bring new features to the market. In this role, you will become an expert on our customers’ workflows and help define a roadmap for tools that will help our customers achieve their goals with Typeform. You will be responsible for the commercialization of our product strategy and will help define how we engage customers through their lifecycle. 

You possess the desire and capacity to garner a deep product knowledge while understanding the need to zoom out and tell concrete, compelling, benefit-focused stories about Typeform and our solutions.

Finally, you will co-ordinate the work between the product and marketing teams to launch new features, that drive increased adoption and retention of Typeform products.

Great work is multiplied by how you partner with other people. As part of the Product Marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—namely, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Here’s what you’ll do in a nutshell:

  • Define a clear strategy for our go-to-market initiatives with key stakeholders in Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Own the planning of marketing releases related to Product marketing, and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Own the planning and commercialization of our platform and our solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, market & competitors and draw on fundamental customer insights to inform our product
  • Provide thought leadership on how our products can be leveraged to create more meaningful interactions
  • Partner with the product development team to help prioritize the product roadmap
  • Establish a clear overview of the opportunity with our existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with your team to identify and optimize communication opportunities and help craft a consistent narrative across channels
  • Partner with the content and creative organizations to create on-brand content that drives product adoption across the user journey
  • Set acquisition, retention, and adoption goals/KPIs and report on the performance

Here’s what we’re after:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, leading research, product positioning or marketing programs
  • Solid understanding of different marketing disciplines, how they impact each other and drive a higher LTV
  • Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of user experience and service design
  • Data-driven and able to use essential analytics tools. Tableau/Looker experience is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal and written
  • Driven, proactive and go-getter attitude
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup is a plus
