Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

If your organization is an HIPAA Covered Entity, you may need to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Typeform to process your data. Typeform’s data protection standards are HIPAA compliant and we can currently provide a BAA for customers on our Core Enterprise or Growth Custom plans.
