Expecting 1000s of feedback responses? Here's what to do

If you're expecting big volumes of survey responses, you can use webhooks to pull in your results the moment they come in – for use in your own systems or applications. This is something that needs developer knowledge to set up on your side.

Setting up webhooks means when someone completes your feedback typeform, the results will immediately be pulled into your systems, where you can use them however you want (our terms of service and national/international laws always apply, of course!).

You won't need to log in to Typeform to see your results, or set up any other integrations.

Using webhooks requires some technical knowledge. Our Developer Portal has all the information and instructions your developers will need to start pulling in data from your typeforms with webhooks.

Webhooks are available on all Typeform plans, and if you're expecting thousands of responses to your typeform, a Business account is the best fit.
