Backup and restoration procedures

At Typeform we provide up to 15-day backups of our customers’ accounts. Such backups are encrypted at rest using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key and stored in a different AWS availability zone in the US, to ensure continuity in case of a disaster.

If you have deleted your account and you are within this time window, please contact our support team through the contact form here and we’ll gladly help you.

When you delete your account, this will also delete all of your responses. We cannot recover any responses that have been deleted. We're also unable to restore any form responses that you have deleted separately or responses that were lost due to changing a question type. If we're able to restore your account, this does not restore any responses that were deleted. 

Once 15 days have passed, your account will be gone for good and we won't be able to recover it.
