An Enterprise plan opens access to the full suite of features available through other pricing plans, on top of providing dedicated support and training. With a customized experience suited to your team size and form response needs, you can maximize Typeform’s value for growing your business.

Note that some of the features mentioned below might not be included in all Enterprise plans by default. You can reach out to our Sales team to confirm the specifics of your plan.

What are the benefits of Enterprise?

An Enterprise plan gives you access to all features included on the Free, Basic, Plus, and Business plans, as well as:

- Custom form response limits and total file upload size: Unlock your typeforms’ full business potential.

- Custom team size: No need to worry about limits to workspace access - collaborate across your entire team.

- Personalized VIP support: Receive individualized team onboarding and training, as well as a dedicated customer outcomes manager committed to your success.

- Multiple brand kits: Create consistent themes - as many as you need! - to apply to typeforms across your organization and showcase your brand.  

- SSO authentication: Make logging into your account easier and safer with a SAML or OIDC authentication protocol. 

- EU data hosting. If you need to host your data in Europe, new customers can do that with a Typeform Enterprise plan. Reach out to our sales team below for details. This is not currently available for existing accounts.

- Enhanced support through the vendor risk management process: Our Security team is here to help you evaluate Typeform as your vendor comprehensively through your vendor assessment process. You can reach out to us with any questions you may have, and we're here to provide dedicated support with security questionnaires, assessments, or other related queries.

How can I sign up for an Enterprise plan?

Log into your account, click the organization icon in the top left corner, and select Plan & billing


Click Change my plan (or Upgrade, depending on your current plan). 


Choose the Enterprise option.


Note that the Enterprise option is only available on a yearly plan, so the Get Enterprise button will be grayed out if you toggle the switch from yearly to monthly.

Click Get Enterprise to go on to a payment screen.

Select the Single Sign-On (SSO) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA checkboxes to add these options to your plan, and click Continue.
