What are the benefits of Plus?
- File Upload expansion: Collect up to 2 GB of files on Typeform.
- 1000 responses per month: Collect up to 1000 responses a month across all forms.
- Team collaboration: Invite up to two additional users to join your Workspace.
- Customize form branding: Remove Typeform branding from your forms. Add your business’ logo to your typeforms instead, or create a full brand kit to apply consistent, brand-centered themes to your forms. You can also add custom subdomains to your typeform URLs.
- Premium themes: Boost your typeform's visuals by choosing from a wider selection of Typeform-created themes.
- Redirects: Send respondents to your business’ homepage, or any other page, after they’ve submitted a form.
- Customize the meta preview for social sharing: Change the information shown when you share your form on social networks.
Users on a Plus plan can view all plan features on their Plan & billing page.
Can I get more than 1,000 responses?
If you’re already a Plus plan user, you can buy up additional monthly responses (up to 2,500 total) by logging into your account, clicking the organization icon in the top left corner, and selecting Plan & billing.
Click Change my plan.
On the next screen, you can choose how many monthly responses you’d like. (You can also upgrade to the Business plan, if it better suits your needs!)
Click Get Plus to move on to payment. You’ll be billed the difference so that you can start using the higher number of responses immediately, and the new price will apply to further billing cycles.
How can I add team members to my account?
Add up to 2 additional team members by logging into your Typeform account, clicking the organization icon in the top left corner, and selecting Org members.
Then, click Invite members and enter the emails of the team members you’d like to add, and you’re good to go!

What are the team features of a Plus plan?
- Collaborate seamlessly with your team: Manage access to multiple Workspaces with multiple users.
- Add anyone with a Typeform account: Invite users to create, edit, and view typeforms in your selected Workspaces without sharing your email and password.
- Consolidated billing: Add users to your account while conveniently handling billing in one payment.
- Manage permissions: Use Workspaces to assign different permissions to your team members.
Note! Plus team members will be able to use Plus features in workspaces that a Plus user has invited them to, but their own accounts will not be upgraded if they are on a free or Basic plan.
How can I subscribe to a Plus plan?
Log into your account, click the organization icon in the top left corner, and select Plan & billing.
Click Change my plan or Upgrade (depending which plan you’re upgrading from).
Choose the Plus option. If you’d like more than 1,000 responses a month, you can choose the response amount you need. You can also toggle from a monthly to a yearly payment plan at the top of the screen.
Click Get Plus to go on to a payment screen.
