User account and password policy

At Typeform we care about our customers' data. We've built our service on a foundation of security and privacy. An important part of this is how secure the access controls we design for our users are, especially when it comes to password and account controls.

Nowadays, security best practices say that it’s more important to have a strong password than to change it frequently. The latter usually leads to repeating easily guessable passwords to keep up with expiry periods, and reusing passwords for different services. When one of these is compromised, the others fall in a domino effect.

At Typeform we try to provide strong passwords and a two-factor authentication (2FA) mechanism that you can easily enable in your settings.
